Multiple award-winners Holger Falk and Steffen Schleiermacher are the ideal duo for this multifaceted selection of songs by Georges Auric, an impressive addition to their Les Six anthology series.

Auric composed the music for over 250 films such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame (starring Anthony Quinn and Gina Lollobrigida), The Wages of Fear and Moulin Rouge. This album includes such popular classics as Moulin des amours once lip-synched by Zsa Zsa Gabor. Three chansons from the dazzling musical comedy À nous la liberté!
