The Choral Scholars of University College Dublin are Ireland’s leading collegiate choral ensemble, and for their first recording on Signum they perform a blend of Irish and Scottish music based on the themes of water and farewell, led by their director Desmond Early.

With a large choral repertoire ranging from the medieval to the contemporary, UCD Choral Scholars give many major concerts throughout the academic year, both nationally and internationally. 18 high-achieving, gifted students are awarded a scholarship each September following a competitive selection process.
